STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR ROLE FROM THE ALCOHOL CHAIN - last updated 04/05/05

In order to speak about certain alcohol-related issues from the view point of your role you have to research your role in depth. First choose one of the following roles then explore it.


::Taxi Drivers (they drive people to the clubs and bars)

::PSNI (their prime objective is to ensure the safety of people in South Belfast)

::Owners of Licensed premises/Retailers (they are primarily interested in their profits)

::Ambulance and Emergency Services (they are concerned by the increase in the alcohol-related violence and social costs within their communities)

::Alcohol Consumers (some alcohol consumers drink irresponsibly or even illegally)

::Victims of alcohol-related violence (people at the end of the 'Alcohol Chain in South Belfast', who were in some way affected by irresponsible drinkers)
