A considerable majority of consumers just want to get drunk and have a good time and probably ignore a lot of the health promotion material but they have a moral and legal obligation to act responsibly when socialising in public places. They should be planning ahead how to get home after the end of the party/closing the pub. They should be particularly vigilant in bars and watch their drinks and their friends' drinks. It is always advisable to familiarise oneself with the literature campaign provided in the bars and other places.
