Victims of alcohol-related crime (people at the end of the 'Alcohol Chain', who were in some way affected by irresponsible drinkers). They are sometimes innocent passers-by or members of public socialising, who by chance or through being provoked, get into trouble and get injured. They have created a Victim Support Group - a voluntary organisation which deals with such individuals on the legal and counselling basis.
