During the workshop (Second Sitting) in a group of 10 you will try to agree 'in role' how to develop and implement a sustainable long term partnership solution to alcohol-related violence in your City Centre (ways/ideas how to reduce the alcohol consumption, alter the alcohol culture in your area (Belfast & Lisburn), prevent underage drinking, change the behaviour of licensed premises owners/retailers, develop effective preventive and harm reduction measures for youth 13-18 year old) from the view point of your interest group.
Each workshop group representing one role has to work out a set of effective ways/solutions to alcohol-related violence/crime and preventative measures in Your City focusing on:
- Ideas how to reduce the alcohol consumption
- Altering the alcohol culture/attitude
- Preventing underage drinking
- Changing the behaviour/attitude of licensed premises owners/retailers
- Alternative transport for drinking drivers & drinkers
- Preventive and harm reduction measures for young people age 16-25
