We would like to thank you for putting your school forward for the Junior Drugs & Alcohol Youth Forum. I am now in a position to give some more details with regard to the venue and the time of the two Youth Forum Sittings.
The First Sitting: Wednesday, 8th June 05
Venue: to be confirmed (9:30-3.00pm)
Dress code and lunch: Packed lunch & Non-Uniform
The Second Sitting: Thursday, 23rd June 05
Venue: Senate Chamber (9.30 - 2.45)
Dress code and lunch: Lunch provided & Uniform
There is no preparation involved for the First Sitting. However, you might wish to inform your students about some details from the methodological approach and encourage them to visit the CEWC NI website and particularly the submenu 'Junior Drugs & Alcohol Forum' where the activities for the First Sitting are published.
For this project 7 secondary schools across BELB and SEELB have been chosen. Please click here for the names of your partner schools.
Please let us know whether any disabled pupils will be coming to the event. We would like to take necessary steps in order to accommodate those students.
We hope that the Junior D&AYF in this academic year will be an enriching and enjoyable project for you and your students. Should there be any other matters arising, please do not hesitate to contact us.
